Crossbow string

The cable took a few weeks(4) to get to me after the order said it was processed & would be delivered shortly. Apparently it was backordered but I never received an email stating such. When I called customer service they said that the email must have gone to my spam box. I checked but there was nothing there. I received it a couple of days later so not sure what happened.
