The Courage 60'' takedown bow is back in stock! The first round sold out very quickly, but we got this batch just in time for hunting season. The black and wood finish on this recurve bow gives it a traditional feel. The white lettering for "Courage" stands out on the limbs. This takedown bow gives many modern compound bows a run for their money. It comes in 40, 45, 50, and 55 pounds. This is a shooters bow and it packs a punch. If you are a new shooter, then I recommend that you start on the 35 or 40 pounder. It will give you a good feel for the power that this bow offers. After you have gotten the hang of it, you can start progressing through the ranks.
The beautiful thing about [most] new takedown bows is that you can keep the same riser and simply advance to the next set of limbs. I find that this can save you a lot of money in the long run because you don't have to continually purchase a new archery bow every few seasons. We are getting great feedback on how this bow handles. I believe that this has to do with the way that your hand grips the riser on the Courage takedown bow. I took it for a spin, and it was whisper quiet through 25 shots. This takedown bow performs as well as others that are priced at double the cost. It is available in various draw weights. You can get a heavier draw if you wish to hunt with this archery bow, or you can get a lighter one to shoot at the archery range.
