The sound of nature is such a soothing sound to hear and as well as a peaceful environment to be in. This also applies to hunting. While out hunting hearing the jarring sounds of rifles and shotguns often ruins the
bow hunting experience for a bow hunter. Unlike rifle hunters, bow hunters need to get much closer to their game to get the best shot. This requires more stealth, precision and les noise. A rifle shot can startle game pressuring the bow hunter to choose a different strategy than what he set out to implement.

Best Hunting Environment[/caption]
Texas is one of those great places where you can enjoy your game. There are seven public areas in this state that spans a total of more or less 54,000 acres. These areas only allow the use of archery-based hunting equipment. In Texas, the Newton County Public Hunting is the largest area where you can hunt with an area of 25,000 acres. It is located in Unit 122 in the eastern area of Texas.
For a more variety of hunting areas but could be just as wide as Newton County Public Hunting, West Virginia is the place to be. There are seven wildlife management areas located along the four counties that offer public hunting in West Virginia. The largest is the 18,000-acre Tug Fork Wildlife Management Area. Next are the 17,000-acre RD Bradley WMA and the 13,000-acre Laurel Lake WMA. The remaining hunting areas span less than 10,000 acres.
Georgia is another great place for
bow hunting. It has a total of more than 41,000 acres of deer hunting are that are open only to bow hunters. Georgia has 27 wildlife management areas that allow for hunting. The areas of these WMA’s vary from being a hundred acres and up to 22,000 acres that is the area of Rich Mountain Wildlife Management Are located in the Northwest of Georgia. Blackbeard National Wildlife Refuge and Fort Gordon are other areas that allow only archery-based hunting in Georgia.
